RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Brilliant Concepts, call 1-406-656-7700 within 14 days of the receipt of your product. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened and in the original box we will offer you a refund based on your original payment method. If you are purchasing the Flex LED Light products, which are made to order, follow the limited warranty instructions. You may return product to 1804 Monad Rd., Billings Mt.59102. All damage and shortage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse product. Brilliant Concepts will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error,(incorrect item or defective item.)You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
